Rhode Island’s Washington County Fair

Families and farmers have enjoyed the Washington County Fair in Richmond, RI for over 45 years. This was once again RI’s largest agricultural event entertaining over 100,000 visitors from across New England.

Livestock competitions included dairy, beef, rabbit, poultry, rooster crowing, sheep, swine, working steers and herdsman. RI 4-H exhibits and competitions included photography, art, baking, produce, crafts, a dog show and more. There were tractor, horse, pony and oxen pulls.
